Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Non-invasive TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) at Propel Therapeutics.
Now offering ACCELERATED TMS 1-day treatment starting March 2026.
If you’ve tried therapy, lifestyle changes, or medications and still don’t feel like yourself, TMS may be a next step. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain involved in mood and emotion regulation—without anesthesia and without systemic medication effects.
Propel Therapeutics will begin offering Accelerated TMS 1-day treatment starting March 2026.

FAQ
What is TMS?
TMS delivers brief magnetic pulses through a treatment coil placed against the scalp. These pulses activate neural circuits in a controlled way. Sessions are performed in-office, and most people return to normal activities immediately afterward.
TMS is:
-
Non-surgical and non-invasive
-
Performed while you’re awake
-
Typically well-tolerated
-
A structured course guided by a clinician
Who is a good candidate for TMS?
TMS is commonly considered for people who:
-
Have ongoing symptoms despite prior treatments
-
Prefer a non-medication approach or want to reduce medication burden (where appropriate)
-
Want a treatment plan with close clinical monitoring
We’ll review your history, current symptoms, and goals to determine whether TMS—and whether AMPA TMS 1-day treatment—is a fit.
Note: Not everyone is eligible. Certain medical or neurological histories may require additional review.
